What dogs do you groom?
Dogs of all sizes and coat types, from short-haired pups to heavy double coats. If your dog is matted, give us a heads-up when you book so we can plan the time and keep them comfortable.
How does pricing work?
Grooming price depends on your dog's size, coat condition and the cut you want, so we quote it over the phone or when we see your dog. Call (865) 573-1309 and we'll give you a straight answer.
Do I need to bring anything?
Just your dog on a leash, and let us know about any allergies, skin sensitivities, or things that make them nervous. Bring proof of vaccinations if you have it handy, and tell us your dog's status when you book.
How far ahead should I book?
Because everything is by appointment and the salon runs limited days, the calendar fills up. Reach out a week or two ahead when you can, and request a visit below or by phone.
Can you do just nails or a tidy?
Yes. Nail trims, ear cleans, sanitary trims and quick tidy-ups are all available on their own or added to a bath. Just say what you need.
